Radio Times
Overview
This was Radio times’ first foray into the world of apps. They wanted to broaden their appeal to the younger digitally savvy market, whose preference would be a digital format over any print subscription model. I was the lead UX on the project managing two mid-level UX designers.
The first part of this project was spent working closely with stakeholders, producing the user journeys and personas. I also ran user interviews sessions which helped define the needs of both Radio times subscribers and non-subscribers alike.
The second part of the project was spent delivering annotated wireframes for production and clickable prototypes for the weekly usability testing sessions.
