Overview
Tag:CMD is a tool that agencies and their clients use to collaborate online on creative work in progress, from TV commercials to web banners and print pieces. I led the UX on the TAG:CMD project and managed a team of three UX designers.
I worked on the redesign of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. DAM is where clients view and manage their creative work whilst in production. After listening to user feedback we developed a comments system within DAM, this provided the client with the ability to review and leave feedback on assets in real-time.
I also developed the CMD client billing/invoicing system. This platform provided the client with an project overview cost and a payment/invoicing system for production work.
I co-produced the visual designs, clickable prototypes, user research and annotated wireframes for both projects.
I regularly visited CMD’s client such as intel and H&M to run usability testing sessions.
